Seikkailin tänään vähän erilaisissa maisemissa. Kävin Canningin lähistöllä sijaitsevalla The Look Off'lla Nova Scotian itärannikolla. Look Off'lta oli hienot näkymät Annapolis Valley'n ja merelle. Sieltä jatkoin matkaani Blomidonin provincial parkiin, jossa on useampi kävelyreitti ja komea ranta, ja ilmeisesti ainakin Nova Scotian korkeimmat vuorovedet. Saavuin rannalle parisen tuntia vuoroveden matalimman ajan jälkeen, ja lähdin pari tuntia ennen huippua, joten erikoisen korkealla en vettä päässyt näkemään.
Today I did a little adventure in a different kind of scenery. I visited the Look Off that's located near Canning in the eastern coast of Nova Scotia. The view over Annapolis Valley and the sea were wonderful. From there I went to the Blomidon provincial park, which features a few walking trails and a gorgeous beach, where, to my understanding, the tide is the highest in at least Nova Scotia. I arrived about two hours after the lowest tide, and left a couple of hours before the tide would reach the highest point, so I didn't see the water come up too high.

Kävelyreittejä en tutkinut niin paljon kuin olisin halunnut, totesin yhden (joka taisi olla koko puiston jyrkin, totta kai siitä piti aloittaa) jälkeen, että taitaa olla parempi suunnata takaisin sen sijaan, että olisin samoillut metsässä vielä kilometrejä ja sen jälkeen kipittänyt tuon kivan alamäen parkkipaikalle.
I didn't explore the walking trails as much as I would've liked. After the first one (which was probably the steepest in the whole park, obviously I had to start there) I decided to head back rather than to walk around for kilometers and still get down that huge hill to get to the parking lot.
I think the water covers the sand completely during the high tide, I'm not sure about the rocks
